What to expect at your appointment

Timing: A new patient intake/treatment will take 90 minutes. I will always allow a 30minute window following all new patient visits to allow for additional time if necessary. If we run over that time, the cost of the visit remains the same. When you come in for a 60 minute visit, this means that you will actually receive 60 minutes of care and a 30 minute visit will include 30 minutes of care. Plan for an extra few minutes to get settled in to the treatment room and to gather yourself before leaving at the end of your visit. This time is not part of your treatment time.

Attire: Wear loose clothing that can be easily rolled up or shifted. If clothing will restrict your treatment, a gown will be provided if needed.

Environment: These visits are for you. As such, I will ask for preferences at each visit to ensure the experience is what you are needing at that moment. You might be curious to hear me talk about what I am doing as the treatment progresses or you may prefer to have quiet. This can include choosing to have soft music in the background, sound/vibration therapy (singing bowls, tuning forks), body work (shiatsu, Qi Gong tui na). I am here to meet you at your place of comfort. That is an ever changing state, and I believe it is important to acknowledge that. What you may need is to have the needles placed, the room quiet and to yourself. I will always leave a call button to request my return to the room. I will never assume to know what you need, I will always ask you.

Parking: There is a small parking lot directly in front of the building (2400 Broadway Street, Vancouver, WA 98663), and free 2hr parking on the street.

Payment: Payment will be due at the end of your visit. I accept cash, Cash App, and Venmo, as well as all major credit cards through Square.
